What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Bing campaigns across Search, PMax, and Smart Bidding formats.
  • Optimize campaigns against CPL and downstream quality metrics including appointment and sold rates.
  • Own end-to-end account architecture, keyword sets, and A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to report on KPIs and budget pacing.
  • Collaborate with analytics and SEO teams to align paid and organic growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing monthly budgets of $30K+.
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns (home services, insurance, or finance preferred).
  • Deep expertise in Smart Bidding, Search, PMax, and Dynamic Search Ads.
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
  • Analytical proficiency with GA4, Excel, Google Sheets, and attribution modeling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ping/post or lead aggregator models.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools such as GTM, Hyros, RedTrack, or Voluum.
  • Experience with call tracking and pay-per-call campaigns.
  • Google Ads certification.
