Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (2 days at the office per week)

What you will do
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
- Manage budgets, monitor pacing, and ensure targets like CPA, ROI, and volume are met.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to reporting.
- Plan and execute paid strategies for Spain and Ukraine, adapting to local behaviors and competition.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams on channel development and branding.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- First successful experience in paid acquisition or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Knowledge of major platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strong interest in performance marketing and growth.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish or Ukrainian.
- Familiarity with tracking tools like GTM or Tableau.
