What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise product marketing strategy including positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.
• Develop ICPs, persona frameworks, and market segmentation for targeting.
• Lead enterprise storytelling and create narratives for technical users and executives.
• Own sales enablement strategies and materials for Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive GTM planning and execution for product launches and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for alignment and prioritization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally enterprise or technical products.
• Strong background in GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Proven senior individual contributor balancing strategy and hands-on delivery.
• Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder journeys.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Must be based in Spain for remote work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, workflow automation, AI, or open-source ecosystems.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or scale-ups building PMM functions.
