What you will do
- Own and optimize end-to-end web funnels from quiz and onboarding to paywall and activation.
- Analyze user behavior to identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks across the funnel.
- Design and execute multiple A/B tests and growth experiments weekly across different markets.
- Build and optimize lifecycle email flows, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate (CR), and predicted lifetime value (pLTV).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and creative teams to ensure alignment between ad messaging and product experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing in B2C roles.
- Proven experience building and optimizing web funnels for digital products.
- Demonstrated success improving conversion metrics through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and lifecycle automation (segmentation, triggers, flows).
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Amplitude, or PostHog.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

- Experience working with international markets (US, EU, UK, LATAM).
- Background in companies with a strong performance marketing culture.
- Experience with subscription-based digital products.
- Familiarity with EdTech, AI-driven products, or lifestyle apps.
