What you will do

• Own the SEO & GEO growth agenda for a key vertical such as Motors, Real Estate, or Jobs.
• Act as a product growth leader to drive global visibility and impact.
• Implement GEO and AI-first strategies within one of the world's largest classifieds ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to integrate SEO/AI-first thinking into the platforms.
• Shape strategic decisions and report directly to the Head of SEO/GEO.

Requirements

• Must already be based in and eligible to work from Portugal, Poland, or Romania.
• Experience in leading SEO and GEO growth strategies at a global scale.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional hub involving product, engineering, and data science.
• Proven track record in organic search and AI search discovery.
