• Champion AI tools to automate scope generation, pricing, and insights from deal data.
• Lead team of Deal Desk Associates, setting priorities, standards, and performance metrics.
• Act as escalation point for complex deals and drive workflow improvements.
• Own reporting on pricing patterns, deal velocity, and enforce governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Deal Desk, sales operations, or pricing/scoping in creative/marketing/professional services.
• Proven team management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial acumen for competitive, margin-sound deals.
