What you will do
- Own pricing and scoping for largest enterprise deals, validating team output and partnering with sales on proposals.
- Champion AI tools to automate scope generation, pricing, and insights from deal data.
- Lead team of Deal Desk Associates, setting priorities, standards, and performance metrics.
- Act as escalation point for complex deals and drive workflow improvements.
- Own reporting on pricing patterns, deal velocity, and enforce governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Deal Desk, sales operations, or pricing/scoping in creative/marketing/professional services.
- Proven team management in fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial acumen for competitive, margin-sound deals.
- Analytical, data-driven with AI fluency for commercial operations.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
