What you will do

• Review and analyze failed deposits using Power BI, identify issues, and follow up with departments or clients.
• Extract and segment clients in Power BI based on recent wins, losses, deposit levels, and VIP qualification progress.
• Track clients approaching VIP status and maintain accurate records in Excel or Power BI dashboards.
• Manage incoming messages via Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp with timely professional responses.
• Conduct welcome calls for new clients to orient them and build rapport.
• Send personalized follow-up emails and messages to encourage activity, especially for winners and losers.
• Verify and update VIP client lists based on criteria and maintain reporting in Excel and Power BI.

Requirements

• Fluent German speaking skills for client communication.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and client segmentation.
• Experience with Excel for maintaining client lists and dashboards.
• Skills in managing Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp communications.
• Ability to conduct client calls and personalized outreach.
