TL;DR

Director, Digital Test Administration (EdTech): Leading the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of digital testing operations across Puerto Rico and Latin America with an accent on secure, reliable, and high-quality testing experiences. Focus on optimizing registration processes, resource planning, and implementing low-code/no-code solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (San Juan, Puerto Rico). Must be based in or be able to commute to the San Juan office every Tuesday and Wednesday

Salary: $64,000 – $80,000

What you will do

  • Plan and oversee all operational processes for digital test administrations throughout Puerto Rico and Latin America.
  • Develop and execute the annual test delivery calendar, securing necessary locations, equipment, and resources.
  • Create and maintain administrative documentation and instructional materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor task completion, maintain accurate records, and prepare periodic status reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Implement low-code/no-code approaches to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows independently of full engineering support.
  • Coordinate student accommodation requests and manage relationships with test centers and institutional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
  • 4+ years of relevant operations and/or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills, budget management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and "On Call" schedules as needed.
