What you will do

• Draft and review legal documents, including NDAs, MoUs, consultancy agreements, and supplier contracts.
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance documentation, specifically regarding export control.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on space law, spectrum regulations, and data protection.
• Monitor global regulatory and policy developments and prepare briefing notes.
• Support spectrum and orbital licensing activities by preparing administrative documentation.

Requirements

• Degree (pursuing or completed) in Law, International Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Must be available to work in Switzerland, the UK, or Luxembourg.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong legal research and writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of space sector regulatory frameworks (ITU, spectrum management, UK/LU space law).
• Understanding of Intellectual Property concepts (patents, trademarks, licensing).
• Proficiency in French or German.
