What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term legal functional strategy for the ETS business unit.
• Oversee complex commercial transactions and embed balanced risk appetite in customer and supplier engagements.
• Act as Chief Compliance Officer, managing global compliance programs and anti-bribery frameworks.
• Lead legal structuring and due diligence for M&A, divestments, and cross-border investments.
• Drive digital transformation by deploying contract management and legal automation tools.
• Manage legal entity compliance across 30+ jurisdictions and oversee global litigation strategy.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10+ years’ PQE.
• Experience leading legal functions in industrial, process, or B2B manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of M&A execution and embedding legal risk frameworks.
• Experience building and scaling international legal teams using digital tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
