What you will do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contractual agreements with company partners.
  • Provide legal advice on commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property.
  • Oversee contract review and escalation processes to ensure legal and business compliance.
  • Develop and implement legal playbooks in collaboration with internal business areas.
  • Conduct legal training sessions and workshops for internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks, suggesting preventive measures to avoid disputes.

Requirements

  • Law Degree obtained in any European Country.
  • 6+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal roles within multinational companies.
  • Native or Fluent English and French (Mandatory).
  • Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, and legal negotiations.
  • Experience working with AI and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex legal issues simply.
