What you will do

• Conduct legal due diligence on contracts and identify risks for projects.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, corporate documents, and approvals.
• Manage local and corporate counsel to meet project milestones.
• Report on workstream status and collaborate with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification as lawyer in England & Wales or other Commonwealth jurisdiction
• Proven post-qualified experience
• Experience in drafting legal documentation
• Analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
