What you will do

• Support daily operations of the e-commerce platform for reliable customer experience
• Maintain website content, pricing, promotions, and product catalogue
• Coordinate order fulfilment and inventory with internal teams and partners
• Execute on-site campaigns and landing pages with Marketing
• Monitor performance metrics and support KPI reporting and optimisation
• Assist in platform migration, testing, bug fixes, and post-launch improvements

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 1–2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations like merchandising and fulfilment
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Strong communication for collaboration with international cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools, Google Analytics, Excel
• Basic HTML/CSS or CMS knowledge
