Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week at Brighton HQ and 2 days flexible

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end product launches on Shopify, including listings, imagery, pricing, and variants.
• Conduct thorough QA checks on products and test UX across web and mobile platforms.
• Build and update homepages, landing pages, and collection pages using Shopify.
• Execute digital visual merchandising to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
• Review site performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and user journey.
• Provide general administrative support, including meeting organization and cross-team communications.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
• Proactive approach to QA with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer journeys.
• Passion for alternative fashion and alignment with the goth aesthetic.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brighton HQ 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify apps and CMS tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
