What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle strategy, spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Plan, build, and optimize automated journeys triggered by customer behavior, transactions, and predictive signals.
- Deliver CRM communications across email, SMS, push, in-app, and direct mail channels.
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to interpret customer trends and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
- Collaborate with Martech teams to ensure the accuracy of event tracking and trigger criteria.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders to establish lifecycle marketing as a key commercial driver.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CRM marketing, customer lifecycle management, and behavioral automation.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in working with customer data, segmentation, and event-based triggers.
- Analytical capability to interpret customer behavior, performance metrics, and test results.
- Strong written communication and content optimization skills.
- Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work hybrid in Yeovil
