What you will do

• Own the Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to maximize ROAS.
• Develop and execute paid social campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Brief and oversee creative content to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data insights.
• Collaborate with Ecom, Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Paid Search teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns in-house or agency-side.
• Strong analytical skills with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization, creative best practices, and audience targeting.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Must be available to work office-based 5 days per week.

• Experience in retail or a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
