What you will do

• Deploy marketing campaigns (emails, webinars, events) using Customer.io, including custom HTML and Liquid coding.
• Manage data accuracy and lead enrichment workflows utilizing Salesforce, Clay, and Cargo.
• Administer and troubleshoot the martech stack, specifically Customer.io, Salesforce, Tray.io, Clay, and Cargo.
• Build and optimize automation workflows in Tray.io to support both PLG and sales-led motions.
• Support marketing performance reporting and campaign analysis via dashboards.
• Collaborate with growth and sales teams to align pipeline quality and program impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content and scalable modules.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io (or similar automation platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or the technology industry.
• Familiarity with blended sales-led and Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
• Experience with automation tools like Tray.io, Zapier, or AI-assisted development tools like Cursor.
