TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Legal): Developing and growing new customer accounts in the legal community through consultative selling and prospecting with an accent on B2B marketing solutions. Focus on driving revenue growth, managing sales territories, and increasing case volumes for law firms.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to travel within the assigned territory

Salary: $75,000 base + uncapped commission (Average: $80,000–$150,000, OTE up to $200,000)

What you will do

  • Develop and grow new customer accounts within the legal community in an assigned territory.
  • Consult with clients on web-based marketing strategies to improve business generation.
  • Strategically expand the customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Management teams to ensure post-sales satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in outside B2B sales with a track record of achieving 100%+ of performance goals.
  • Technical aptitude with MS Office, internet applications, and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to be active in the field on most business days and perform overnight travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience in an online or advertising environment.
