TL;DR

Account Executive II (LegalTech): Prospecting and selling the hirify.global Software Platform, eDiscovery, and AI Investigation solutions to corporations, government agencies, and law firms with an accent on new logo acquisition and full sales cycle management. Focus on driving ARR growth, conducting deep discovery meetings, and mapping complex customer use cases to technical solution sets.

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL

Salary: $127,500 – $150,000 plus commissions

What you will do

  • Drive acquisition of new logos through strategic inbound and outbound activities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery to final closing.
  • Prospect and self-generate new business opportunities, maintaining a clean pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
  • Map prospect needs and goals to the appropriate hirify.global solution set through detailed discovery efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, customer success, and marketing teams to package commercial offerings.
  • Meet or exceed new business pipeline and ARR growth expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with mandatory SaaS experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience with E-Discovery or legal software.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Groove, Gong, and Salesforce.
