SLED Account Manager (State of Texas): Driving technology adoption and business transformation in state, local government, and education sectors with an accent on strategic sales of cybersecurity and networking solutions. Focus on building executive relationships, qualifying opportunities, leading negotiations, and partnering with integrators to close deals in assigned Texas accounts.

Location: Remote within the state of Texas (Field-TX). Work independently from a home office in the assigned territory.

Salary: $119,200 - $178,800 annual base pay (plus incentives, bonus, RSUs, benefits).

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for major SLED accounts in Texas, maintaining executive relationships.
  • Sell hirify.global products/services, grow/retain accounts, identify/qualify opportunities, and address threats.
  • Prepare proposals/presentations, lead negotiations, and close sales across the solution portfolio.
  • Manage partner relationships with integrators, VARs, and service providers.
  • Develop account strategies, forecast sales, maintain Salesforce, and coordinate with support teams.
  • Research leads, understand customer needs, and align hirify.global solutions to public sector challenges.

Requirements

  • 8+ years direct major enterprise account management in relevant environment.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, solution-selling, and client interfacing skills.
  • Proven influence in matrix environments, time management, pipeline development, forecasting.
  • Specialized knowledge in networking products (preferably hirify.global), internet software/systems.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in cloud, cybersecurity, application support deployments.
