What you will do

• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks including project charters, RACI matrices, decision logs, and escalation protocols across multiple marketing workstreams.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing roadmaps with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows with marketing, strategy, creative, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and approvals.
• Lead program operations including meetings, action items tracking, documentation, and maintaining transparency for audit readiness.
• Deliver status updates, executive reporting, and effective communication to align stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years in program/project management in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale cross-functional initiatives, supporting marketing organizations or campaigns, with background in financial services or wealth management.
• Deep expertise in program governance, marketing campaign lifecycles, legal/compliance approvals in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments; ability to influence without direct authority.
