Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 p/a

What you will do

• Guide and coordinate projects from requirements confirmation to delivery of bespoke currency templates, managing resources, schedules, hardware, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance on software and hardware for note handling, categorize template issues, and support testing.
• Liaise with country contacts, hirify.global developers, and third parties to meet requirements and enhance services.
• Proactively identify opportunities for issue avoidance based on current and future banknote plans per country.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, focusing on customer requirements and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English to explain technical information, especially to non-native speakers.
• Degree in project management or related technology discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in project management or technical support.
• Ability to review technical data, perform log analysis, and conduct testing.
• Self-starting, team and independent worker, able to handle urgent incidents and multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when permitted.

• Knowledge of NCR deposit and recycler hardware/software products.
