What you will do
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure interlock and enable lab delivery at pace.
- Manage projects and implementations requiring integration between multiple internal and external parties for safe delivery.
- Develop project plans and priorities, including integration tasks, in collaboration with the team.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or blockers with feature teams.
- Catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and other teams.
- Support governance activities and contribute to regular reporting on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Act as interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Agile Methodology & Tools: Experience managing complex change in agile teams, coaching on methods and tools.
- Relationship Management: Build consensus, manage conflicting priorities, and persuade stakeholders.
- Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance: Communicate status updates, manage risks/issues/dependencies.
- Collaboration: Build networks across teams, business areas, and cultures.
- Values & Behaviours: Future-focused, solution-oriented, early adopter of change with growth mindset and integrity.

- Experience in change management (ideally 2 years+).
