Early Life Integration Manager (Automation): Managing the transition and stability of automated systems post-handover, acting as the primary conduit between customers, suppliers, and internal teams with an accent on escalation management and project close-out. Focus on leading cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful ramp-up, launch support, and delivery of as-built documentation.

Location: Banbury, United Kingdom. Working away from home, both in the UK and the EMEA region, is required.

What you will do

• Serve as the principal customer point of contact following project handover.
• Manage escalations and apply a data-driven approach to resolve project issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers from various technical disciplines.
• Plan and deliver ramp-up support, launch activities, and project as-built documentation.
• Manage post-delivery vendors and ensure project warranties are controlled per customer agreements.
• Provide feedback to Engineering, Project Execution, and Sales teams to highlight areas for success and improvement.

Requirements

• Degree / HND or equivalent qualification in Maths, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project work within the materials handling industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and other MS Office suite applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma qualification.
