What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and operational projects, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication.
• Coordinate resources with Operations Delivery Managers and support commercial AI programme workstreams.
• Identify systems integration needs and partner with Technology and AI developers for enhancements.
• Build networks across departments and facilitate cross-functional collaboration on change programmes.
• Coordinate reporting, data needs, and assess impacts of system or process changes.
• Design and deliver training programmes for new systems, processes, and AI tools to drive adoption.

Requirements

• Based in London for onsite role at Leicester Square.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with data-driven, strategic, and commercial focus.
