Commercial Administrator (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Raise and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice queries.
• Track project spending, commitments, accruals, and assist with cost reporting.
• Process subcontractor quotations and verify supporting payment documentation.
• Administer contracts related to construction, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain precise financial records and manage project documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, finance, procurement, or commercial support.
• Proven experience raising purchase orders and supporting payment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including trackers and data management.
• Strong organizational and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, housing, or engineering sectors.
• Understanding of subcontractor payment processes and commercial procedures.
• Familiarity with ERP or financial systems.
