What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including definition, approach, and satisfactory completion of client-facing projects.
• Develop project scope and objectives while aligning project plans with clients for efficient delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Perform risk management to mitigate or eliminate the impact of project risks.
• Manage the handover to support, including operational impact assessments and transition plans.
• Monitor project performance and reporting using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in the FinTech ecosystem.
• Mandatory experience with Cards, Payments, or payment schemes.
• Proven ability to manage clients, 3rd party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile based environment within a multi-stakeholder setting.
• Ability to work across different geographic time zones.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
