TL;DR

Project Manager (Digital & Technology): Managing multiple web and digital projects for various clients with an accent on delivery, client relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on turning technical complexity into progress, managing project lifecycles from kickoff to launch, and mitigating risks.

Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week from the office in Gateshead, UK

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of multiple tech projects from kickoff to launch.
  • Build and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to remove blockers.
  • Manage client communication and run project ceremonies and status updates.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards and commercial expectations.
  • Provide post-project reporting and insights for future improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing web or digital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and digital platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commercially minded approach to delivery.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira and/or Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery.
  • Exposure to public sector or fast-paced agency environments.
  • Interest in mentoring or sharing delivery best practices.
