Project Manager (Semiconductor): Managing end-to-end delivery of multi-site Research, Study, and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with an accent on scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budgets. Location: Hybrid basis in Stockport, Manchester (UK). No visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent high-value NPI projects across sites.
- Define and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and costs.
- Manage changes, risks, issues to ensure delivery within spec, quality, time, and budget.
- Engage cross-functionally and provide clear updates to senior management and executives.
- Lead diverse teams in matrixed organization, building high-performing groups.
- Apply agile or hybrid methodologies in fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or relevant discipline
- Proven track record managing multiple high-value (>$1M budget), high-impact projects
- Strong skills in risk, change, resource, and budget management (incl. CAPEX, product costs)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Commercial acumen, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder influence
Nice to have
- Understanding of Power MOSFET design
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages
