Location: Hybrid in Denmark (Copenhagen), Norway (Oslo), Sweden (Stockholm)

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of Nordic mid-market accounts
- Drive net new revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
- Lead full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success
- Build relationships with operational users and commercial stakeholders
- Run structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand software adoption across fleets and data insights
- Represent at customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within SaaS or technology
- Strong track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR
- Experience in mid-market or complex customer environments
- Highly structured approach to create clarity and drive execution
- Commercial mindset: opportunity-driven, proactive, results-focused
- Confident engaging multiple stakeholders and owning sales cycle
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, telematics, fleet, or industrial environments
- Understanding of hardware + software value propositions
