Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden (Relocation support provided)

What you will do

  • Own and scale strategic partnerships across ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Manage senior partner relationships to ensure long-term success and engagement.
  • Lead partner activations, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze partnership performance to identify opportunities for improved scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or a commercial role (Partnerships, BD, Sales) in a high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to build strategic external relationships that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience owning initiatives end-to-end.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills.
  • English: High proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in or relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.
