What you will do
- Proactively acquire new partners remotely and in-person.
- Initiate and manage communication with used automotive parts sellers.
- Qualify leads and assess platform fit.
- Present solutions and demonstrate benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Onboard and train new partners for high service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish and strong English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in target-driven sales and customer engagement.
- High motivation, resilience, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Knowledge of automotive market highly desirable.
