TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (CRM): Managing strategic relationships with Enterprise segment clients across UK&I, Benelux, and Nordics markets with an accent on value realization and zero churn. Focus on overseeing software implementation, driving cross/up-sales, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in Poland

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with Corporate & Enterprise segment customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including communication at the C-level executive level.
  • Audit delivery processes in implementation projects to identify red flags and prevent launch-related issues.
  • Help customers achieve high ROI through product consulting and value realization.
  • Grow the customer portfolio through churn prevention and active cross-selling and up-selling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • 5+ years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers.
  • Fluent English with executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, Low-Code/No-Code solutions, or similar corporate software.
  • Experience managing or overseeing software implementation projects or customization.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management skills.
