What you will do

• Lead two squads comprishirify.global IT DevOps engineers and Customer Journey Experts
• Own product prioritization and scope to drive the delivery of end-to-end value
• Align with neighborhirify.global Product Owners to ensure cohesive product strategy
• Safeguard operational stability by translathirify.global risks and incidents into preventative backlog items
• Translate business needs into clear outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria for development squads

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury
• Proven track record of ownhirify.global change delivery within complex stakeholder environments
• Exposure to asset classes includhirify.global leveraged derivatives, listed commodities, and/or fixed income
• Ability to work effectively within an IT delivery context (DevOps teams)
