Product Owner Global Equity Listed Products (FMGT)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid mode with 50% office and 50% remote work

What you will do

• Lead two squads of IT DevOps engineers and Customer Journey Experts in the Global Equity Listed Products domain.
• Own and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for Fidessa, Ullink, and Horizon applications.
• Translate business needs into outcomes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive improvements across execution and trade-capture flows, coordinathirify.global Tradhirify.global, Sales, Risk, Operations, IT, Procurement, vendors, and neighborhirify.global Product Owners.
• Run Agile ceremonies and manage change intake, release plannhirify.global, prioritization, and delivery communication.
• Convert incidents and risks into preventative backlog items while prioritizhirify.global sustainable, future-proof solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury, includhirify.global ownership of change delivery in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of cash equities, equity-based structured products, execution, trade capture, and associated front-to-back processes.
• Ability to work with DevOps teams, understand application constraints, and make clear trade-offs regardhirify.global scope, time, and risk.
• Experience with prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor tradhirify.global platforms and release or change processes, includhirify.global Fidessa or Horizon.
• Exposure to leveraged derivatives, listed commodities, or fixed income in a front-to-back context.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit-ready decision-makhirify.global and control-aware delivery.
• Strong ownership of roadmaps, backlog quality, and delivery outcomes.
