Product Owner Global Equity Listed Products (FMGT)

Location: TRC, Amsterdam; hybrid mode with 50-50 office attendance

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for two squads supporting the Fidessa, Ullink, and Horizon application landscape.
• Translate business needs into outcomes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Improve end-to-end execution and trade capture flows across systems, squads, and stakeholders.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder governance, release planning, prioritization decisions, and communications.
• Safeguard operational stability by converting incidents and risks into preventative backlog items and coordinating with operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury, with ownership of change delivery in complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven knowledge of cash Equities, equity-based structured products, and associated front-to-back flows.
• Strong understanding of execution, trade capture, controls, risk points, and operational handoffs.
• Experience working with IT delivery and DevOps teams, including scope, time, and risk trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in English, plus experience in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor trading platforms and release or change processes, including Fidessa or Horizon.
• Exposure to leveraged derivatives, listed commodities, or fixed income.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit-ready decision-making and control-aware delivery.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlog quality, and delivery outcomes.
