Product Manager (CJE) – Global Fraud Management Services

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working

hirify.global supports ING’s global banking operations, including fraud prevention and management services across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve one or more global fraud management services.
• Design scalable, standardized, and digitized customer and employee journeys for fraud alerts, unusual payments, and fraud case resolution.
• Collaborate with fraud, operations, product, and technology teams across ING countries, primarily in retail markets.
• Drive workflow automation and AI adoption to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
• Use data and customer insights to validate solutions and measure business and customer impact.
• Design workflows, tools, and services that help fraud specialists focus on customer support and case handling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least five years of experience in product management, product delivery, or a related field.
• Experience leading initiatives in complex stakeholder environments, preferably internationally.
• Ability to translate local needs into scalable global solutions and drive harmonization across countries.
• Affinity with digitalization, workflow automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, presentation, ownership, and hands-on delivery skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
