Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Translate company vision, customer needs, and business priorities into a clear product roadmap.
• Own product strategy and day-to-day backlog execution in collaboration with the Head of Product and Tech leads.
• Write clear, implementation-ready requirements and ensure alignment on acceptance criteria, edge cases, and data/API considerations.
• Engage with customers, clinicians, and hospital project teams to collect feedback, validate assumptions, and test new ideas.
• Partner with Tech, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to deliver launches and act on customer feedback.
• Use data and insights to measure impact, improve product performance, and support portfolio strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles, ideally in SaaS or digital healthcare.
• Experience owning and delivering a product end-to-end in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into effective product solutions and engage credibly with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Passion for improving healthcare performance and supporting better patient outcomes.
