TL;DR

Sales Manager (Fintech): Securing growth across DACH and Eastern Europe regions by managing new logo sales opportunities for Asset Management and Insurance clients with an accent on end-to-end solution sales and exceeding targets. Focus on identifying leads, building pipelines, closing deals, and leveraging sales methodology for accurate forecasting and client presentations.

Location: Bad Homburg office at least two days per week (hybrid policy)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify leads in Asset Management and Insurance, build sales pipeline, and close deals to exceed targets.
  • Respond to tenders, develop business cases, and position hirify.global as preferred choice.
  • Increase market presence via outreach, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage sales process using CRM and tools for pipeline, forecasting, and communication.
  • Facilitate presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts with pre-sales team.
  • Create proposals, contracts, and stay updated on industry trends and competition.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in enterprise financial software/SaaS sales for buy-side Asset Management/Insurance in DACH
  • Experience closing new sales, managing long cycles, and engaging C-suite.
  • Native German and fluent English (written/verbal)
  • Work in Bad Homburg office 2 days/week; willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of buy-side processes, SaaS/cloud, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong communication, relationship skills, and collaboration.
