What you will do
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and win-back stages
- Design and execute multi-channel programs including email automation, in-product messaging, and personalized workflows
- Define segmentation strategies based on ICPs, personas, regions, and behavioral data
- Analyze performance data, optimize customer journeys, and establish north-star KPIs
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve lifecycle outcomes
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Data teams to align with GTM strategy
Requirements
- Deep expertise in lifecycle/CRM marketing in B2B SaaS with customer journey management experience
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable)
- Advanced understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle metrics (activation, retention, expansion)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, define KPIs, and create actionable strategies
- Experience with upsell/cross-sell and win-back campaigns in B2B SaaS
- Entrepreneurial builder mentality for modernizing systems and scaling programs
