Location: Europe-based candidates only (UK, Spain, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden)

What you will do

  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and win-back stages
  • Design and execute multi-channel programs including email automation, in-product messaging, and personalized workflows
  • Define segmentation strategies based on ICPs, personas, regions, and behavioral data
  • Analyze performance data, optimize customer journeys, and establish north-star KPIs
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve lifecycle outcomes
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Data teams to align with GTM strategy

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in lifecycle/CRM marketing in B2B SaaS with customer journey management experience
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable)
  • Advanced understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle metrics (activation, retention, expansion)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, define KPIs, and create actionable strategies
  • Experience with upsell/cross-sell and win-back campaigns in B2B SaaS
  • Entrepreneurial builder mentality for modernizing systems and scaling programs
