What you will do

• Design, build, and launch regular email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Manage and optimize welcome, onboarding, retention, and reactivation email flows.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement patterns.
• Execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts to improve performance.
• Monitor email deliverability and analyze key performance metrics (Delivery, Click, Spam, and Bounce rates).
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to align messaging and user journeys.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an Email Marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or Campaign Monitor.
• Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and customer journey mapping.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for adjusting email templates.
• Experience with data-driven optimization and tools like Google Analytics.
• English: B1+ level required
