What you will do
- Define and execute engagement strategies for customers and members across onboarding, activation, and renewal stages.
- Develop multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using email, in-product messaging, and printed materials.
- Create communications to increase benefit awareness and program adoption for various user personas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align messaging and support launches.
- Define and track lifecycle KPIs such as activation and utilization, running experiments to optimize performance.
- Build scalable frameworks for client-specific communications while maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in customer, member, or lifecycle marketing roles.
- Proven experience in B2B2C environments, marketing to both business buyers and end users.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
- Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and event-driven or triggered communications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and drive data-driven optimization.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, benefits, or healthcare industries is preferred.
