Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and own technical enablement programs including onboarding, hands-on workshops, labs, virtual training, and certification tracks.
- Design program flows, sequencing, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions from beginner to expert levels.
- Lead onboarding for new field engineering hires and maintain continuous learning roadmaps aligned with product updates.
- Create and curate enablement assets like labs, guides, and playbooks in collaboration with SMEs.
- Engage stakeholders across field engineering, Graph Academy, and product teams to align on needs, gather feedback, and prioritize roadmaps.
- Define KPIs, track metrics like time-to-proficiency and certification rates, produce dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical enablement, training, curriculum development, or related roles like solution engineering or developer advocacy
- Demonstrated experience designing and iterating multi-persona technical enablement programs
- Strong program and project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with LMS, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools; data-driven mindset for metrics and insights
Nice to have
- Experience managing certification or assessment programs
- Previous field experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, professional services, or consulting
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
