What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end proteomics workflows including sample preparation and LC-MS/MS data acquisition.
• Build and refine proteomics-centered tools and analysis pipelines for scalable data interpretation.
• Develop customized DDA, DIA, and PRM acquisition methods.
• Collaborate with ML, Data Science, and Automation teams to define data structures and quality control requirements.
• Lead the development of data processing and comparison approaches across experiments and datasets.
• Operate and troubleshoot Bruker timsTOF and Thermo Orbitrap platforms.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Proteomics, Biochemistry, or related field with 4+ years experience (or MS with 8+ years).
• Hands-on experience establishing mass spectrometry-based proteomics platforms in biotech or pharma.
• Expertise in full proteomics workflows: sample prep, chromatographic separation, and data processing.
• Proficiency with Bruker timsTOF and Thermo Orbitrap instruments.
• Experience with DDA, DIA, and PRM acquisition methods.
• Programming ability for scientific data analysis and pipeline construction.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling proteomics data processing and analysis pipelines.
• Experience with protein purification using magnetic beads and high-throughput automation.
• Knowledge of protein production and DNA assembly strategies.
• Experience using Benchling for experimental design and tracking.
