Salary: $80,000 - $102,000 Annual

What you will do

• Design, execute and optimize molecular biology experiments to support lead candidate selection.
• Validate and perform DNA-based assays, including purification, PCR, and quality quantification.
• Culture mammalian and bacterial cell lines for protein expression and purification.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance biotherapy projects.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely laboratory records.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Molecular Biology or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with plasmid cloning, PCR, DNA isolation, and protein expression.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in New Hampshire.

Nice to have

• Experience with tissue culture, protein purification, enzyme assay, gel electrophoresis, and flow cytometry.
• Proficiency with SNAPgene, GraphPad Prism, and Excel.
• Experience with NGS library preparation and quality quantification (TapeStation, Qubit).
• Experience with protein binding kinetics assays (BLI, SPR, and ELISA).
