What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients at all levels, providing technical guidance during advisory sessions, QBRs, and escalations.
• Act as solution advisor from onboarding through production, reviewing data models, tuning Cypher queries, and expanding use cases.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges in architecture, integrations, security, and cluster deployments across clouds and environments.
• Escalate issues to product/engineering teams, replicate problems, and advocate for customer needs.
• Track project metrics, collaborate across teams, and contribute to knowledge artifacts like guides and best practices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ FS Poly.
• 5+ years in client success, solution engineering, technical support, or account management in enterprise software.
• Bachelor's in Business, IS, CS, or Engineering.
• Strong client-facing skills, relationship building, and ability to articulate technical context.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows, Cypher, drivers (Java, Python, .NET, Go), Docker/Kubernetes, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in hirify.global or other databases; experience with LLMs/GenAI.
