What you will do

• Lead the development of innovative technical solutions for mid to large-size programs across Defense and Homeland Security missions.
• Design enterprise systems and services incorporating Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data Pipelines, and API implementation.
• Own the technical narrative and systems design for RFIs, RFPs, and white papers to present winning value propositions.
• Collaborate with product, HCD, engineering, and data science leaders to provide comprehensive agile solutions.
• Act as the final-tier SME to ensure that technical solutions are feasible, practical, and innovative.
• Optimize IT governance and integrate emerging digital trends into the business strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of total work experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, specifically in cloud-scale apps, data-centric engineering, AI/ML, or DevSecOps.
• 5+ years in solution architecture supporting government agency pursuits, particularly DoD or DHS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5 additional years of experience).
• Proven capability in proposal writing and development for government agencies.
• Availability to work within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Nice to have

• Certifications in Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Engineering DevSecOps or SAFe Certifications.
