Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $114,500 - $154,575 annual

What you will do

• Design scalable, high-availability application solutions built on Rocket Enterprise Portfolio for customers and systems integrators.
• Lead technical efforts alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams.
• Conduct proof-of-concept analyses, pilots, customer presentations, and internal trainings.
• Enable consulting partners with Rocket mainframe modernization methodology.
• Provide architectural guidance for successful global customer engagements.
• Compose and deliver technical content like blogs, whitepapers, and conference presentations.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Advanced Technical Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4-10 years leading mainframe and legacy modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience analyzing mainframe environments and planning modernization
• Relevant certifications like AWS Solution Architect Professional or SAFe
• Ability to travel worldwide as needed
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure, application, or process modernization (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, etc.)

Nice to have

• Prior experience migrating to Rocket Enterprise Server platform
• Experience with DevOps toolchains like GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
• Agile practices: TDD, CI/CD, Test Automation
