What you will do

• Integrate hirify.global Postgres Platform and PostgreSQL ecosystem tools with customer enterprise infrastructure to create resilient solutions.
• Create, articulate, and document reference architectures for OLTP and OLAP applications under multiple deployment models.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to customers and support field teams in complex architectural situations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the community through blogs, white papers, and conference contributions.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Product Management to further the capabilities of the hirify.global Postgres Platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience developing and deploying complex solutions in business environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including replication, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Experience with deployment models such as containers, virtual machines, Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Ansible.
• Ability to translate customer needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to perform domestic travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with leading public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to speak additional languages.
