Senior Director, Resource Management, Global Clinical Operations (Biotech): Leading end-to-end global budget and resource utilization within Global Clinical Operations with an accent on strategic workforce budgeting and capacity planning. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $214,500 - $284,500 annually

What you will do
- Develop and implement global budget and resource planning strategies to align resources with business priorities.
- Build and optimize integrated Resource Budgeting, Allocation, and Management models.
- Partner with Finance and HR to develop the Annual Operating Plan, including Opex and workforce resources.
- Establish a centralized governance model for tracking and reporting Opex and workforce utilization.
- Lead the development of analytics dashboards for capacity and workforce optimization in partnership with Technology groups.
- Mentor and coach a global resource management network across Global Clinical Operations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience (with Bachelors) or 8+ years (with MBA/Masters) in clinical development or business operations.
- At least 5 years of experience leading global resource or workforce management functions at a pharma or CRO.
- Demonstrated experience implementing capacity planning for organizations of 1000+ people.
- Must be based in the US.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Nice to have
- Expertise in resource management tools such as Anaplan, Planisware, or Smartsheet.
- Experience with AI-based resource management.
- Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
