Salary: $214,500 - $284,500 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement global budget and resource planning strategies to align resources with business priorities.
• Build and optimize integrated Resource Budgeting, Allocation, and Management models.
• Partner with Finance and HR to develop the Annual Operating Plan, including Opex and workforce resources.
• Establish a centralized governance model for tracking and reporting Opex and workforce utilization.
• Lead the development of analytics dashboards for capacity and workforce optimization in partnership with Technology groups.
• Mentor and coach a global resource management network across Global Clinical Operations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience (with Bachelors) or 8+ years (with MBA/Masters) in clinical development or business operations.
• At least 5 years of experience leading global resource or workforce management functions at a pharma or CRO.
• Demonstrated experience implementing capacity planning for organizations of 1000+ people.
• Must be based in the US.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Expertise in resource management tools such as Anaplan, Planisware, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with AI-based resource management.
• Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
