Salary: $175,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Drive daily execution across engineering, AI/ML, and cloud workstreams for a large-scale DoD program.
• Translate capability goals into executable plans and track delivery status, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Implement modern software acquisition and delivery strategies, pushing away from legacy waterfall approaches.
• Facilitate Agile and Hybrid delivery environments, managing model iteration and data dependencies.
• Act as the primary stand-in for the Program Manager in high-level government and industry meetings.
• Proactively manage technical and delivery risks using RAID logs and decision records.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading software-intensive DoD programs.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Current residency in the Washington, DC area with ability to attend frequent in-person meetings.
• Proven track record of day-to-day program execution and hands-on Agile/Hybrid delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven systems.
• Ability to make decisions and influence technical teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling AI-enabled or data-centric systems from prototype to operational scale.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, or secure data pipelines.
• Experience operating in high-tempo, high-visibility programs.
